Union Assurance Training & Development wins National HR Excellence Awards

The Training & development function of Union Assurance was recognized at the recently concluded National HR Excellence Awards 2010 conducted by IPM Sri Lanka at the Water’s Edge. This prestige award was presented to Union Assurance based on the assessment on creating a learning culture, goal setting and training needs identification, motivating the performers, developing structured L&D solutions, career development, trainer development, measuring training effectiveness and business impact, differentiation of the UA Adviser in the market during the period from 2002 to 2009.
