Under the Workmen's Compensation Act, an employer is liable to compensate a worker for accident or disease arising out of and in the course of his or her employment. This insurance covers employees for accident or disease arising out of and in the course of his or her employment.

This policy also extends to cover connected legal expenses incurred with the prior approval of the insurer.
