In case of an unfortunate eventuality befalling the Policyholder, Union Jayamaga Plus pays:
- Double the increased sum assured.
- The figure progressively increases each passing year, taking into account the increasing need for protection and savings.
In the above example, if an unforeseen event occurs at the end of 10th year of the policy, the beneficiary will receive the following:
= 2 x ( Basic sum assured + Increased amount )
= 2 x ( Rs. 500, 000 + Rs. 500 000 x 10% x 10 )
= Rs. 2, 000, 000
