Union Assurance reported positive results in both turnover and profits in the 1st quarter of 2010, following the successful launch of the company’s new brand promise.
Total revenue which comprises premiums (net of reinsurance) and investment income from both life and general insurance businesses increased by 17% from Rs. 1.5 billion as at March 2009 to Rs. 1.7 billion as at March 2010.
